HELP ME PROVE TO MY GEOGRAPHY TEACHER THAT...

How to know I can’t handle anger?
First, I rarely get angry, more often I enter a state of pure annoyance. When it happens, I’mfuming.
Do I lash out? No, I sit there instead and quietly glare at the screen.
And then I break down into tears, because me + emotions I cannot handle (anger being one of them) = crying.
